Room service took forever
The linen on the comfortable bed felt luxurious, and the staff was polite and professional. I thoroughly enjoyed the relaxing pool and spa facilities available.
While the room was cozy, it lacked sufficient shelving, forcing us to live out of our bags. Room service was annoyingly delayed, impacting our overall dining experience.

Staying in the Beautiful King Room was a treat! The setup with the bed in the center was super cool. The bed was comfy, and it was super clean. I loved the little touches like the plate of fresh fruit on arrival. There were great toiletries in the bathroom. The mini bar was well-stocked too. It really seemed like a cozy little escape.

Stylish, well-designed rooms provide a comfortable space to unwind after a long day. The steam sauna and pool facilities stand out.
Room readiness was a hassle. One room still needed cleaning at check-in, which threw our plans for the evening off. I found the location inconvenient, requiring a trek to the nearest attractions and a 15-minute tram ride into the city center. Our initial polite inquiries about room service morphed into frustrating delays, impacting the overall experience. Lastly, parking fees at 40€ per night felt steep, especially when combined with the hassles of taxi arrangements that left us feeling overcharged.

The stay was wonderful, especially enjoying the unique bed arrangement in the room which offered a cozy feel. I had some delicious sushi at the restaurant, crafted by a champion sushi chef, and was greeted with a plate of fresh fruit upon arrival. The staff were very attentive and arranged a taxi for my departure effortlessly. I did find it a bit confusing that the main entrance was through the restaurant rather than a dedicated hotel entrance.
